Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Once you have agreed to a reservation you have agreed to the Deposit/Cancellation Policy that follows:
Deposit:
No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed unless a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card number, card holder and card expiry date are supplied at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellation:
If a cancellation is made we will always try to re-book the room(s). If we are successful, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the room(s) is not able to be rebooked, then the following apply:
Cancellation within 14 days of reservation – full refund.
Cancellation less than 14 days – 50% charge.
No Show – Full amount of stay charged.
Any charges accruing out of any of the above circumstances will be debited against the credit card number as supplied.
Payment Methods - Cash; Cheque (by prior arrangement), Mastercard and Visa. No Eftpos Available
